I will never buy from them again

I will never buy from them again. There was a problem with my order and wanted to return and they said I had to pay when it wasn’t my fault. I am not going to pay to return when there should be a free return when they sent me the wrong shoes and they said the wearhouse says they were the right ones. They don’t believe in customer service!

Don't buy!

I will never buy from them again. There was a problem with my order and wanted to return and they said I had to pay when it wasn't my fault. I am not going to pay to return when there should be a free return when they sent me the wrong shoes and they said the wearhouse says they were the right ones. Unprofessional and rude

I purchased a Lakers jacket which ended up being to big for my husband. I ordered a smaller size and returned the large one. They sent package without notification or clarification back to me saying it smelled like cologne and was worn. It sat in the box of my car for 2 weeks and was tried on once. I called and was told too bad. So I lost out in my shipping charges and 125$ been trying to sell online and can't. Even under what I paid. I said I wanted to speak to manager or supervisor and they said warehouse makes final decision and won't accept. I said it was probably one of their staff. Sheisty and unprofessional to say the least.

Worst experience with online shipping

My son ordered from Jimmy Jazz and PayPal had the wrong address on file I went back-and-forth between FedEx and Jimmy Jazz trying to get the item redirected Jimmy Jazz stated that FedEx would have to redirected the item when I called FedEx that stated that they would have to get the authorization from JJ because Jimmy Jazz has a restriction on their items and no changes can be made without their approval. Basically the package was sent to the wrong address and is now being shipped back to JJ and now I'm told it will be a 15% stocking fee. It could've all been avoided if Jimmy Jazz would've contacted FedEx to have the item redirected or had it so that I could pick it up at a FedEx location.

Jimmy Jazz shipping ripoff - Cust Svc No Help

On Aug 14th, I ordered a $150 pair of boots, was offered Free Shipping. Since I needed them within 4 days, I opted to pay an extra $30 for 1 to 2 day shipping. They arrived Aug 19th, 5 days later. I missed having the boots in time for an event. I asked to have the $30.90 shipping charge refunded, but was told NO. I asked who I could appeal this to and was told NO ONE. Don't try to save money by ordering from these shysters.

Awful customer service

I purchased school items for my son that FedEx misplaced. I than had to reorder most of the clothing in the original package, some sizes were out, without receiving a refund. Although FedEx says the package is lost Jimmy Jazz is refusing me refund me until 15 days has elapsed due to their policy. They then advised me that if I package does turn up last minute I'm responsible for returning the items incurring the cost of the return which will be around $60.00. They refuse to provide a shipping label if the package surfaced AFTER I've already purchased another $600 plus on a new order. DO NOT PURCHASE online. They're predators.

Don't waste your time

My daughter wanted a specific pair of sneakers for school. After going to every shoe store in our area and searching online I finally found them on Jimmy Jazz. It said they had them & her size in stock and she was so excited. 3 days after placing my order I received an email that my order had been cancelled without any explained. I emailed asking why and they said their website isn't updated so it says they have a lot of stock that they don't actually have. False advertising, waste of my time, and a disappointed child. Also, now I have to wait on a refund.

Great Experience Overall

After reading all of these horrible reviews I felt the need to tell you about my experience. I ordered a pair of Jordan's for my grandson. I ordered on Monday and
received shoes on Thursday. I did have a question so I
called customer service, got thru on the first try and spoke with Sharon who could not have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. From here on Jimmy Jazz will be my go to store when looking for
nice sneakers.

We ordered back to school shoes and a backpack $192 waiting for this to my email no tracking number they cancelled my order for no apparent reason I did not call them and ask them to do this my card went through successfully no problem I knew that wasn't going to be the problem the problem is they canceled without my permission to weeks before school

Don’t fall for their scams

Don’t fall for their scams, if you try to buy a two for sale from them, they will claim one item is out of stock and ship you the single “in stock” item but charge you full price and full shipping because it no longer qualifies for the promotions. There is no confirmation or anything, they will just change the price on you and ship anyways and then try to charge you for returns for a price they jacked up. Stay away, scam trash company.
